Join the fsb it costs about £150 a year you get every single peice of documentation you could ever need all updated to be in line with current law and they also have solicitors tax accountants the lot so if you ever run into any trouble legally they will help fight your corner and thats all included in that fee!

Yes Bob, Peninsula are the guys to help you out.

http://www.peninsulagrouplimited.com/

They really know their stuff. They'll make sure you're on the straight and narrow. I think one time even Lee Burbidge from the Window Cleaning Magazine ran a piece on them. Thats how good they are.

People can take the mick all they like, but peninsula have been great for me so far. You don't get to be the biggest in the UK without knowing what you are doing. If any of us had 68,000 customers we were trying to satisfy, I'm sure we would end up with a handful of nightmare reviews on the net.

maybe wait and see what you think of them in 2 years rather than in the honeymoon period.  i guess youve not had any HR problems since you started paying them?

macdonalds serve about 3 800 000 million customers a day but they're a pretty horrible restaurant.  great business for the owners tho

MacDonalds are a remarkable company who loads of things really well.  I love going in and watching how the business is working.  They don't make great burgers tho! ;)
