Title: advice please

hello all i visited my wifes grandad today in his home and i have noticed the windows are in desperate need of a clean ::)
my question is how will i approach the situation do i ask the manager face to face or do i write a nice letter to him any advice will be very much appreciated

I take it when you say his home,you mean a nursing home.
if you dont ask you dont get,just be nice and polite.

we do a few nursing homes and just rolled up on the doorstep, as lippy said "nice nd polite" thats how we get most of our work if you don't ask you wont know

go on up and ask for the business.

nursing homes charge people or the government an absolute fortune for thier service, so don't feel guilty and don't go cheap either.
