How do I do this?

I can only seem to print of a week job list?

iv learnt if you cram the info into 1 line per cust on the weekly diary sheet its much easier to have with me just 1 sheet of paper for the week

hi Mitch go into diary view, add the whole day to a list and then print worksheet off, alternatively pop round at the weekend and I'll give you a quick tutorial

You have the option to just print a days work if you want as long as the dates right.

I used to print the whole weeks work off on a Sunday night.

Now I use pocket george with PDA.easier,no paper or ink! ;D

Instead of using the "print a work list" button. Have you tried right clicking on a job?

This will give  a "custom" job list. It gives you the option to add job to list or add whole day to list.

So much faster this way. Also quicker for moving job dates and much more.

I expand the box to make sure the full day is shown and then press 'print screen' botton on the keypad. Paste this to a word doc and crop and enlarge.

Saves paper and ink.
