Should be around 90-95% of in going tds so would imagine your tap water is around the 300ppm mark?

It all depends on your water pressure and water flow these are the main factors.

Mains pressure is 60 psi

The 15ppm I'm getting is without a booster pump too :)

my purefreedom ro produces around 14ppm before resin, its over 4 years old and on the original membranes still,  it used to produce 2-4ppm before resin, my tap water is around 370ppm

15ppm before resin isnt that good, use a booster pump and it will come down
