For similar money you can get a 4040 .

I just need as much info as I can get, I'm using 300 gpd to at no but its not producing fast enough.
-
there is only a few quid difference between a 4040 and a 4021 so for producing lots of water quickly i would go for a 4040 .
A hf5 membrane will be fine on 80psi input pressure (will drop to about 55-60 when waste is set to produce)
pre filters can be ten or 20 inch but 20inch will need changing less often , there is also this from gardiners -

expensive to start with but replacement filter costs 28 quid and last for 350000 litres.

I've just changed from a 300gpd to a 4040 hf5 and its a huge difference, don't compromise buy the right one to begin with

Eco how much did it cost and where did you purchace it from, cheers kev
