Title: Ahh, that felt good
Post by: Carl2009 on December 30, 2013, 07:09:37 pm
Called on a custie who owed me £22 today and got paid! He'd promised to send and didn't and ignored texts, so as I was cleaning opposite him today I parked round the corner and approached on foot! Daughter and answered and had to go upstairs to wake him (at 12:30! He doesn't work and I've never seen him out of jammies - he's the one with the rotting mattress and bags of month-old rubbish down the side of his house that I mentioned in a previous post). Anyway she came down with the dosh, so I'm happy.

I'm tempted to send him a text saying "That wasn't so hard Kev now was it lol".

Get paid in advance from now on from him and your life will be one step closer to stress-free.
Pleased for you Carl.
Always a nice feeling to catch a messer

Another one coughed up - hubby went bankrupt (she though drives a nice 4x4 2013 reg car) but she didn't tell me to stop cleaning till I knocked for the late payment of £46. She promised payment - didn't pay; sent red letter - didn't pay; sent letter before action via Thos Higgins (£2.40) - £46 paid straight into my bank account.

Result  :)
