Would be easier and as fast to extraction clean them. Can't believe they haven't protected the floor.

My view also 2 1/2 mins a chair is the time that we would allow on an item like that. The big disadvantage with that buffer/sander is it requires 2 hands to operate it as it is too heavy to manage with one hand.

I was going to say the same (about it not being any quicker than HWE) but I presume quicker drying times would be the advantage. Even though its not a thorough clean.
