Title: 60/40 or 40/60

Just put a new 4040 together and got it running is it 40 waste 60 pure or other way round. I know some say 50/50 just want to know what's best and why

Can't recall where I read it, but you need to find the sweet spot of the membrane! Keep reducing waste and measuring the output, once you get to your lowest TDS then your at the spot!

I've got mine running at about 60% waste to 40% pure ratio.
