Hi Lee, I got my AD today, and yes, the bayonet fitting has got an O-ring. You should be able to pick one up in a local hardware.

Sorry lee!
Get one out 1st class in the morning
Steve.

The must have a new tap, there is a plastic part that you attach to the pole hose with a no clip, then it fit to the aquadapter via bayonet fittment.
I have the mk3L which is roughly 175g but this new one is 106g you can really feel a big difference in the weight of it.
Very impressed.

What squad apter did you order? The website isn't very clear. I nearly ordered the graphite thinking it was the new v lite
-
Thanks Lee.
Which V Lite A/D did you order?
The website picture isn't very clear. If you look at the first picture with a unit sold with hose the description has V Lite in it. The second doesn't. The first picture of a Graphite coloured A/D doesn't have V Lite in the description either and if you look carefully at the picture it still shows the 'old' push in pipe fitting on the tap.
The weights quoted aren't what Lee says either, so I'm not sure what that means as it asks if you want a tube insert with the order.
The rate at which A/D is upgrading their product is amasing. However, it looks like I'm going to be left with a whole lot of parts for the old units which are now becoming redundant - ie. tube inserts, taps, wheels, Mk2 threaded adapters and tightening clamps.
-
Hmmmm. Not sure, might be the graphite, didn't realise there are several models it's plastic both ends, not keen on the new style of nipple out the top as the pipe pings off now,
Inside mine came with about 10 inches of hose connected to the A/d with yer normal push type connector

I have found that having the wheel to the left side helps with clearance and the nipple is protected by the width of the brush head. It doesn't look right but you get used to it. The side cover has a couple of light scratches as its a bit vunerable, but nothing major.

Here you go spurce. In the description it says it's 106g. The website is really unclear. It needs sorting out

I missed that. The spec in the box below it gives a different weight. ;D
