Title: Working as a consultant to an Architect.
Post by: Dean Taberner on December 18, 2013, 08:48:50 pm
Hello,

Has anybody ever done this?

I've got a meeting tomorrow with a company who have asked me to advise them on the best methods to clean a new building that they're currently designing.

Its all new and exciting to me,

Dean.

Congrats.
Ask them to build no higher than 20ft

Make sure you tell them to put plenty of Juliet balconies on it with panes of glass in front of so you can't clean it. And lots of other inaccessible windows that look great but can't be cleaned  ;D

Hope they are paying a hansom fee. No money no mission. I had this in a different field in movie making. The chap said I will have a small print on the screen credits. End of discussing flattering does not pay my bills.

Yes I have been asked this before Dean. They asked me to meet them the next morning to discuss 2 buildings they were building. It was at a time when I was pushed for time due to an upcoming holiday so I very nearly didn't bother going. As it turned out we ended up with a nice £15k per year contract out of it (which unfortunately comes to an end in April).
