Title: Kitchen Cleans

Does anyone have any ideas to help me with a restraunt kitchen clean. The kitchen it self is straight forward the problem i have is with the filter duct!!!! The owners require the inside cleaned BUT(Yes that is a big but) it goes outside and sticks 20ft in the air. So if there is anyone to advise me i'd be more than gratful!!!! :)

Personally I would avoid the extraction system like the plague and get someon in who specialises in this sort of cleaning, out there are companies who do this sort of thing.
But they are a nightmare to do plus ther are fans and electrics in there.

we seem to specialise in what other s dont want to do.

its a dismantle clean and reassemble job

and it will cost aswell

Will,

We have deep cleaned 1000's of commercial kitchens, and have contracts in place for canopy, duct and extractions systems cleans. I have a couple of questions:
1. Are you deep cleaning the kitchen (what have you quoted on)
2. Is the ducting round or square
3. Where is the Fan situated in the ducting
4. Are there access doors (I'm guessing none)
5. Is there a silencer
6. How wide is the ducting (what size restaurant)
7. Where are you based

I’ll try to help you on this but remember you need to know what you’re doing here as you don’t want a fire in the unit

         Thank you for your offer to help but i've decided to leave this one alone i just think theres to many things to go wrong as i'm really inexperienced in this area and i dont want to give my company a bad name by pretending to know something about it when i dont theres already to many companys out there like that and they give honest people a bad name and i dont want to go down that road!!!!!
