What are some of the good habits you do each day in your business?
What are the bad habits?

fully charge battery/full tank of pure

tickets/invoices printed out

plenty of envelopes,bank details slips

business cards and leaflets in the van

a supply of fresh clean cloths

PDA updated,gloves,waterproofs ready etc

all this is prepared at the end of my working day.

start of the day i make a flask of tea and packed lunch.i make sure polarised sunglasses are in the van just in case the sun comes out along with a cap for rain!fully charged phone etc

its all about being prepared.makes me work so much more efficiently.

no bad habits in regards to window cleaning apart from walking with a pole in my hand looking up which results in me tripping over occasionally!im trying to look where im going though now but its a hard habit to break!! ::)roll ;D ;D

One bad habit I've got to get rid of is when I tell the customer they can pay online I make hand gestures like I'm tapping away on an invisible keyboard. It drives  me nuts . ;D

I get into some good habits, but the difference between a good habit and a bad habit is that it's easy to get out of a good habit.

Good Habit:
I don't want to be a 'window cleaner' in 5 years time, so each day I do something that is moving me towards that goal! (i.e find new customers every day)
