Leave a window slightly open. Mop up any obvious puddles/spills.

Put in some moisture condensation traps which are full of crystals that absorb moisture in the air if it's in the cab but not if it's in the back of your van. Crystals are meant for indoor use only but if your cab is separated and air tight from the rear I don't see why it wouldn't work overnight.

I know this sounds odd...but it works.......

A few pairs of thin long socks filled with 'Cat Litter' and tie-off the top of the socks.
Place these in the van and they'll soak up the moisture in the air.
You can dry them out on the radiator in the house and ready to re-use again.

If you need to use 3 or 4 socks in the van....have another 3  or 4 socks ready to use for when the others are drying-out.

I tryed these in my van last week, was useless tbh, tryed leaving window open and that also didnt work.

Might try the cat litter and salt see how that works

Get yourself a wet vacuum cleaner and at the end of the day as your refilling the tank
suck up all the condensation from the roof and walls. (only takes a few minutes)
Remove anything wet like your brushes.
Then cover the tank with an old sleeping bag or similar.
Any wood in the van needs to be removed or painted with waterproof paint.
At this time of the year the air is full of condensation so leaving the windows open wont help.
When you see how much water comes of the van roof you will realise that salt or crystals wont work.
Once you get on top of it the van wont be as wet.
