Hi guys,
I have been asked to quote on the property of which internal block work will be repaired and then re-plastered again. Then it will be painted and decorated. I don't really know what to expect, apart from loads of dust and then paint.
It is 3 bedroom house en-suit to master and I my rough price came up to £350 for both. Does it sound reasonable? Please share your point of view. It will be my first builders clean, so a bit of advice would be much appreciated.
Then again what would you use to take the paint of the sockets and switchers? What is the best solution to treat it with? Any special tools?
Many Thanks,
Adam

Much too expensive. Once youve done the builders clean the sparkle wil take half the time so half your cost.

It may be too cheap depending on the mess the builders leave. If thats what you need and think you are about right then stick to it but there will always be someone that'll undercut you. I'm not cheap but still get the work because I do a good job

Hi guys,
Thank you for your replies. I do realize that I should quote after seeing the property first, but the builder asked for rough quote to have some numbers. We'll see what comes out of it...
