Title: Van painted, system re fitted and boiler in

Well van has done me well for last 2 years but needed a good re haul, stripped van, painted it and fitted the boiler. Just got the boiler fired up and its working lovely, cant wait for work tomorrow  ;D

Have you tried MALE fittings on your pole hose , I have now and a lot better

Have you fired your boiler up? I'm having nothing but grief trying to ignite mine  ::)roll

Speaking to our chise friends, but e-mail ping pong is a necking pain, told them I want a new boiler or paypal it is.

Ask Jonny he ie the Amery expert
Water flow on max
Summer setting
Slightly tweaked up on the other dial -temp one .

Duracell batteries
Gas on
Switch on

Make sure your shurflow is good , my varistream on 65 to 77 for it to ignite ok .

Make sure you have 6mm thermobore , I had 8mm and it wouldn't work .
Gardiners sell the orange thermobore 6 mm about £70

Apart from that it should work

Yes worked fine first time and supplies both reels with hot :)

new boiler? change the battery, the one who come with the boiler lasted 1 week!
