What happens to your franchisee's royalties payment to yourself if they lose customers or they get a complaint due to bad workmanship ?

All covered in the Franchise Agreement.  They pay royalties on value of work achieved.  If they consistently lose work through poor quality, that's a breach of their Agreement.  Can result in the Agreement being terminated.
