2004 Trafic 1.9dci long wheelbase in white with 6 months mot and tax. It had a new gearbox and clutch fitted by the previous owner (before you ask!) Mileage around 110k. Fully speedlined in the rear, 650 litre tank (framed and bolted to floor). No service history (self serviced). Could do with a new set of front discs as there is a slight vibration when braking. It's in fair condition, with the odd bump here and there but no rust.
Just need a rough idea as might be selling in the new year..
Thanks guys
Dave

There's loads of vans in and out of eBay . Most people ask way too much, just because it's got a water tank put in it with a cheap pole, there usually still on eBay months after. However I think your van would be a very good price at 2k(if it's half decent). I'm looking for a better van after Xmas as I'm using an old v reg Vito and want to make a better image of my business. Let me know after Xmas mate I'll come have a look

Did you buy that van off a guy on this forum? There was someone selling a van with exact same description couple months back that I very nearly bought for 2k but decided too wait?

Using the logic of Pristine on an equipment for sale thread, If you sell it to someone from the south of England £3 000, anybody from up north £1 500. :P You might want to throw a brickies trowel in the back, the trowel will potentially make someone a fortune, then the sky's the limit.

From john clarkson?
Yep.
I've stripped the system out - painted all the ply with industrial floor paint - installed a full bulkhead. Next week I have a guy bolting the tank down to the floor in the middle of the back. Then I'll be plumbing and wiring my system in over the Christmas break including a water heater.
It's getting sign written in January.
The vans very clean and runs really well. More than happy with it.

Just because there is a 2002 (127k) van for sale for £1500 does not mean its worth £1500.
Look on the for sale section, there is an ancient 35ft ionics pole for sale for £200, does that mean it's worth £200? Nope. I have pretty much the exact same pole (but 10ft longer) that is gathering dust and I had written off as scrap.
He asked what are the opinions on what his van was worth, it's my opinion that it is worth £2k tops, I still have that same opinion.
In reality though, it is worth exactly what someone is prepared to pay for it, not a penny less.

That pretty much what I wanted do :(
He seemed like a decent bloke sounds like you got a bargain
