I would recommend getting the 18' as an everyday pole, of course this depends on your work but for me it reaches over 90% of my work. I have an SLX 22' and 30' for my higher stuff.

I am messing around making my own pole as a few things I love about the extreme but I also feel certain aspects could be improved to make it even better. So I decided to have a go making my own. I have an old extreme we are modifying.

Same with another project I have on the go. We got the last two parts today. It's been used on Saturday and it should work and it will probably stir up loads of **** in the industry but I really don't care. I have ideas and I want todo them.

Same as my pure drive system I have fitted in my van. Today I have been messing around with it and I "think" I have that Sussed as well.

I'm not a peter fog will or Jeff brimble of the WFP world. But If I don't like something I fix it. I don't come on a forum and whine about the issue ;)

Hmmmm I don't want Togo into at the moment as I want to sell it lol.

But it should be universal and solve a couple of reoccurring issues we all have or had.

Anyways back in topic lol.

I will be buying some more extreme poles tho.

Used the 47 extreme last week when my dad was using a brodex Alu pole on a commercial job. Should have seen the evils :D

Ive got two extreme poles 18ft and 30ft still amazed at the pole, ive had some time out from messing about with products, but its time to look at them ive got a few prototypes collecting dust and some new ideas, been tuning and modifying air rifles and making parts for the last year, but due to new toys like mini lathe piller drill and others, it should make my life easy, I hope

The new AQUA-ADAPTOR - VLITE. Apparently lighter than the SLX and I'd imagine better clamps .

Should be on the list , his been clever in developing the AD , so I'd imagine the VLITE should be good

no new poles for me for a few years now. ;D

6 month old extreme 25

6 month old extreme 47

10 month old slx22(hardly used)

extreme 25 gets used and abused every day which will be added to extreme 47 after a few years.the top 25 ft of the extreme 47 will then become my main day to day pole therefore getting good use out of both poles.

not sure what to do with the slx 22 which has the new upgraded clamps.i keep thinking ill use it on a windy day as it feels like a lead pole after getting used to the extremes.

im keeping it as a back up pole but i cant see me using it anytime soon but you never know! ;D
