Title: Builders Clean in Paignton

We have the need to sub contract a builders clean to a car showroom in Paignton
Job to be done on the 27/28th of this month

It is quite a good paying job around 1k

Hi Simon,

How big is the showroom? Is it a new build or a refurb? Will there be any builders still on site when the clean is to take place?

Hi Andy

It is a combination it will be an existing building but with quite an extensive refurb.
Showroom glass
Tiled floors
The clean will be in 2 phases the main clean taking place from late afternoon through the evening with a second team taking over in the morning for the handover
And yes as always there will be builders on site

You can go and have a look just give me a call and I can arrange it
