My old kick boxing teacher is due for sentencing on the 16th after been accused of underage sex with a 15year old when he was 20.
I i know technically illegal but the article states he was dating the girl etc.
hes now 56 and going to jail for this...
Just lost a £20.00 customer!!! >:(

So how come it's taken this long to come out? Has he been caught for other peado offences
I had a custy once who's husband came out to tell me he didn't need me anymore which I thought strange as never any trouble and I do neighbours on both sides of his place, also his wife always dealt with me so I told his neighbour that he had cancelled and then a week later his wife called me to tell me she had spoke to her neighbour and found out her hubby had cancelled. She then went on to tell me he had no right in doing this as his rights about anything in the house had been removed as he had been caught out by her..she explained she found pictures on his PC of kids and had reported him to the police but she was allowing him to continue to live there, she asked me to carry on cleaning to which i told her I won't be working there again under any circumstances. In 15yrs it's the most shocking story I've ever heard. Vile

Well please dont take any offence if you have kids, but im 21 and a over the last few years i can count on 2 hands people around the ages of 18-20 dating girls 15-16.
Its technically wrong because 16is the legal age however girls are loosing it younger each year!
I think its shocking that its taken 36 years and how they somehow have evidence?
It says this is the only underage girl and there was 10ocasions were he slept with her, but it also said he went to see her at lunchtimes and hired a motorhome now and again. Wich leads ne to believe he possibly did like her?
I have known the man since i was 12 and he is one of the most genuine men i have ever met.

I doubt he will go to prison but I guess he will go on the sex offenders register?

Well i thought that but when reading the article it said he was found guitly 10:1 and waiting for sentencing on the 16th

Nothing wrong with education system something wrong with parents who will not raise there kids properly and the state for interfering in the home over years. Up bringing is not an education matter. Moral fabric does not exist anymore to much ffffing around with it. What we need is firm courts sentences and the death penalty for some of these murderers and rapists and treason/ terrorists. Shoot down me down if you wish, but softly softly has not worked and the papers are full of the proof. Just read about the poor young man slaughter because he had defended his country.I have worked in quite a few jails. Just a 3/5 days at each one, but long enough to see. I installed computers for the lags. Its a holiday camp. This sort of crime if to rife today and getting worse.

Your right on some points but 'a holiday camp' it's not. Popping in to do a bit of collar and making those assumptions is wrong. You don't know about the pecking order amongst them, the bullying, the sugar mixed with boiling water getting thrown over someone who's upset someone. The feeling of loneliness. People like you make me sick making ridiculous comments like that. Yes they've committed a crime and deserve the time but it is far from Butlins.

the ones like a holiday camp are usually short term (small time drug dealers, or robbery etc)
you get yourself to Franklin im sure you wouldn't think that was a holiday camp! and rightly so they have committed crimes and should do their time.
However there is bullying, rape, murders going on all the time with every in mate, I only wish this to happen to the peado's rapists and worst offenders!
I personally think someone at the age of 20 who has made a mistake sleeping with a girl of 15 should not be getting dealt with 36 years later. I know girls that are in school 15-17 who have been going on nights out for years! its discusting.

I suspect you've just heard one side of the story, and I bet there's another.
I haven't heard his side as I only found out by newspaper.
it stated he was 20 picking up a 15 year old and taking her away on weekends and she was madly in love with him.
He is a kickboxing coach who has worked with 100s of kids over the years and clearly hasn't shown any threat towards them ( or the article would of suggested this)
He hasn't yet been sentenced but it says he's been found guilty so i don't know what this means?

Martial arts instructor Paul Monty, 54, of Elton, near Stockton, is on trial and denies sexual offences against two girls in the 1980s.
One of the girls, now an adult, told police how she thought she was going to marry him.
Monty is accused of indecent acts with the underage girl when he was in his twenties.
She spoke in a video interview played to Teesside Crown Court yesterday.
She told police how she felt about Monty when they first kissed.

“I had a crush on him. I idolised him, absolutely idolised him. It was the attention.”

It was so obvious from the details posted that there was more to this than a 20 year old having sexual relations with a teenager.
Luckily for you H20, you will get less naive with age! :)

Well it says underage so we know from that.
But having read the article 3 or 4 times now its quite clear he is guilty and possibly more people could come forward now its out there?

The law says 15 year olds are not ready to decide whether they are in love or should be sexually active.
And hiring a motorhome sounds dodgy, at best. Sound familiar?

Don't get me wrong, if he is guilty then he deserves all he gets,

I find it scary to think they might just be going on two womens stories.
Imagine if in the two girls were just really hurt that he didn't "marry" either of them, and have plotted together to ruin this guys life, and in fact they were 18 when he slept with them as his story says. It's his story versus theirs.
Nothing worse than a woman scorned and it's been known to happen.
I'm sure the police must have more evidence though. Must be more than meets the eye.

He's been found guilty by a jury of his peers who found him guilty based on the evidence they were shown.
He would've had a defence counsel too.
