I have had there poles for over a year now and they are  still very good

Heya, I've got one of their older systems now, never had a problem.

They all come with everything necessary to clean normal houses.

Mine has four different head sections designed for all roof types. The only thing i've found is that the hose can sometimes get folded over too easily, but that's a minor point at that.

Instructions for use come on one sheet of paper, with photos for easy assembly.

Anything else / if you want some photos of my system, let me know where to send....
