Title: Liability Insurance request
Post by: Julian Williams on December 01, 2013, 09:38:10 pm
Can anyone recommend a good reasonably priced insurance company to cover me for wfp liability insurance. Is £2k enough or should I go to £5k. What would this cost roughly. Cheers

You mean 2 million or  5 million?

The price difference isn't major for the jump to £5000000

I pay £10 a month for it.

Some contracts require 5 million minimum.

The Gleaming insurance covers you for any damage done to properrty over a certain amount, so worth it for me.

Beware of general trade insurance policies, most of these exclude 'property being worked on'.

This is to stop tradesmen making a ccok up on the job and then claiming for replacement parts/materials etc.

In our case this would be the window being cleaned - the very thing you need to be covered.
