Title: Recommend an SEO company please?

Can anyone recommend a good UK based SEO company that they've had personal experience with?

Normally I avoid these guys like the plague, but I'm working on a project at the mo which needs to get off the ground yesterday & get much more online exposure than my standard organic, on-site SEO tricks can give it,... any recommendations & info would be greatly appreciated. :)

The only fast way i know to get results fast is pay per click but you need to spend well to get decent results. i know people in other trades spending £5000 a month on google per per click  :(
