hi is it displaying P5 or PS?

just checked my pure freedom trolley manual

and if it displays PS it means.......restricted water flow IE twisted hose, blocked water jets, dirt in system, trapped air?

ive allways found it to be air in system after emptying a 25L container, all i do is release one of my connections and run the pump until any bubbles disappear and the water runs free.

hope this helps

the controller flashing and your blocked hose are linked. pull the hose out down the street and you should be able to find where the kink/blockage is.

Thank you Gents for covering this for me.

David have you been able to clear the issue?

PS means the pump pressure switch has activated. The control is advising that something in the system is creating high pressure usually as the above comments. It could also be that your pre filter needs cleaning. It is also possible the the pump pressure switch has gone.

One of the things the controller does is to test for circuit through the pump and pressure switch. Occasionally the PS message will flash if there is a broken or poor connection between the pump and controller. Check the wiring and replace any that is damaged.

A way to check for a blockage is to switch the system on then disconnect the pole, If PS clears then the blockage is in the jets or pole line. If PS is still displayed disconnect the hose line and so on You may end up back to the pump but probably not.
