Thanks Mate, looks great and tidy which is what i want

if mine ends up looking half as good il be happy!

great pic of the pump and valve, once that valve is turned on it just starts pump automatically?

cheers again i can print off nd have to hand when fitting! :)

No the valve is left alone, the reason for the valve is so i can drain the pump out at night. (basically pumping pump dry for a few seconds)

If you look in the night photograph you will see a grey box.

It has a massive power switch to turn the flow controller on and off. Once the controller has been set i just switch the controller on and off via the switch.

This controller is the nuts!

http://www.gardinerpolesystems.co.uk/acatalog/Easy-Analogue-Liquid-Logic----trade-----Pump-Flow-Controller--LIQUIDLOGIC_ANALOG.html

If i didnt have the switch fitted, then i would have to set the flow each time. And that would really annoy me.

The reason for the big switch is so i can bash with pole to stop and start ;)

 ???

Yeah they are asda play balls. £4 for a 100. Used a soldering iron to puncture the balls about 6
Times. Then placed them in my tank.

Basically cheapo baffle balls.

They ferry syndrome did my head in. So this reduced it loads.

Does your strip light run off your van electrics or leisure battery? Really good idea putting that in.

It runs off the van battery. I have 3 In total.

All three draws less than one bulb. I have taken out the crappy vauxhall bulbs and used the wiring. So if I open either door it lights up the van. I used to do some night cleaning (commercial etc) but it got too much. I say night cleaning it was internal
Trad work. But something I needed stuff from van

Cheap ratchet straps. About £2 each.

Lights are custom built. BUT just search for 12v led strip lighting.

Cost me about £25 for 8 lol. I used 3 as any more and be blind

Not for long scrimble ;)

New system being sorted :)

The black mat was is a load liner. I visited several
Manufactures and found this to be the best one.

Including postage it was wait for it..... £29.99

I would say it will last years. It's a treat to clean and flooded the van 3 times lol and not a single drop hit the REAL floor :)

Doesn't smell either. It's a plastic/resin fininsh. But when wet it's a bit slippery. But it does have tread bars to stop that.

Thanks for the kind words guys. Kinds makes me up and coming videos worth it
If it helps people :)

Sorting details on the liner tonight. Not found em yet.

The blue tray is a heavy duty cat liter tray. Garden centers sell em as well.

Pure Drive is something I am working on with no success yet ;)

The socket is waterproof so I can plug into house socket on wall.

Inside is a waterproof socket box so I can power my rad for winter and chargers.

PURE DRIVE is my invention. At the moment it's going wrong lol
As it ain't working. Over Xmas I am working on it. I am hoping I can make it work.

Well what a shame  :( :(

The load liners can be found here http://www.skidrive.co.uk/car-covers/boot-liners.php

But I obviously got lucky! As my van is car/derived van. So chances are you wont get one.

At least i found it  ::)roll

I've seen a few on ebay , I could just put a ford galaxy one in , it's a bit shorter but it will fit the rear end of the transit van .

also with all the bits and bobs in the back id be spending less time cleaning and more time faffing about with everything! ;D
