Title: How much should a residential round be worth before investing in a van & brush?
Post by: hank jr on November 23, 2013, 05:18:29 pm
Hi all, im just wondering what your opinions are about this question?

Did anyone find that the investment was infact a bad investment?

Or for most people has it worked out better?

I look forward to any responses - thanks in advance  ???

I invested in a van and a brush first then went looking for work.

Worked out well for me - I've never tradded the outside of a house since starting out in 2007.

Just do it.. You only live once!
At the end of the a man round were i live who employs 4 smackheads and reckons he has 1600 houses! (All way under priced so probly equivilant to a 500well priced wfp)
Any my point is they dont look professional, they do a crap job and still find work so its out there :)
