This angers me so much that they probly have your number yet left a note!!!
Plus every 8 weeks im guessing there house probly works out at about £2.50-5.00 a week? Thats not even 2 pints a week! To keep the windows clean and from rotting.
So in 15 years time when they have to replace the windows you will be laughing  ;D

I had a couple of customers cancel on me after a small price increase a few years ago by a note stuck to the inside of their living room windows!

They didn't even have the guts to tell me to my face & would blank me when they saw me on their street!
I'd only been cleaning their windows for about 5 years!! A-holes!!  >:(

£10 for the front of a 3 story town house. Obviously the current £1.25 a week it's costing them is too much  :D

asking for every 6 months is just taking the micky how do they exspect you to earn money , some customers exspect us cleaners to be on tap for them and not give a dam about our income , i think if there boss said i only need you in every 6 months they would soon moan ,  anyway every 6 months would not be worth cleaning what would they benefit as they would nearly always be dirty the mind boggles  ;D

HA, HA, HA, HA, HA, customers, dontcha just love them. Every 6 months, seriously?!.

I had a customer move house recently, the house they moved into was about 50% bigger than the old one. The guy comes to the door and says (with an entirely serious expression), will it still be £10?.

Er, no.

Had a bit of this yesterday with the old "do you still come out in the winter" question.
My reply was when the building society stops taking my mortgage out in the winter I may consider staying at home. Some customers just do not realise how much window cleaning has moved on.

I had an enquiry on Wednesday asking if I could come and quote there and then and do the job tomorrow (Thursday)
I told her she was very lucky as I'd been sitting around with nothing to do but wait for her call.

Christmas is coming and so are the tards.
