Comments: A unique opportunity to own a window cleaning business in the sunshine here in the south of Tenerife. A well established and loyal customer base consisting of Villas, Apartments, Bars, Restaurants etc. Traditionally cleaned inside and out. Included in the sale are a Renault Scenic car plus all the necessary equipment with 3 sets of ladders, including extension ladders and the all important. Mobile phone with sim card containing customers telephone numbers. I currently work approx. 25 hours a week and, as such, there is obvious scope to easily expand. I am selling my round as I am retiring back in England to be with my family. I am happy to discuss any part of the business with the buyer. Training would be given during a hand over period.

There used to be a bloke on here that lived and worked in Spain. Karladaze was his name maybe he could be interested though don't know which area he does!

Think that might be a bit far to commute and I don't think they let you take ladders on planes ;-)

am i right in saying he only earns..£10.00 an hour.and he wants £21.000

25 hours per week = 108 hours per month = £8.68 per hour

At today's exchange rate €1100 is £917 so it's £8.49 an hour
