Title: pump telling me de??

Whats goin on with my pump it keeps telling me dead end but when i turn it upto 99 its fine start dropping below 70 and its de again can anyone help??

Im gettin the same issue due to playing around today , there is a purpose to the calibration , im waiting for a good soul to answer me too !

At this time of year there is another effect on thee pressure and system. As the air temperatures fall closer to zero the water viscosity changes, The temperature makes the water thicker so it moves slower. this in turn effects how fast the system will pressure up as well as effecting how fast the hose walls will expand. Cold hose means the hise wall expands slower.

Other issues that can cause false DE are
Air in the hose
Blocked jets
Blocked pump strainer
Low battery voltage
Poor of damaged cable connectors

No there not  a pain in the arse if you set them up correctly, I have had one of Ian's controllers since march and i have not had one single problem with it .. touch wood  ;D 

I have the split relay one and tbh i did think i would have to charge it by now to top the battery up but i haven't needed to! But i think i am going to top it up before January anyway just to keep it in good nick.

Try the auto cal first ,if no good increase the calibration,what the others say is correct,calibration is pressure,water is heavier this time of year so it needs pushing harder,think about the summer you need lower calibration to get good pressure.
You could also try disconnect hose and run for a couple of mins in case of air in system. Hop that helps

Cheers guys seems to be ok now, autocal didnt seem to do anything so did it manual and its goin fine now just hope it stays working

Get rid of it Danno you gonna worry to much about it not working lol you will go grey or bald with the worry. I don't have one but have a nice fast flow which is great makes we work faster and brings the windows up cleaner !!!! 👳👳👳👳

What size is your tank mate? Got a 400ltr and easly go thru that a day when im busy

Danni I for a 450 sitting on a skid plate. I think a faster flow is better if you want a slowe flow fit the hose adapter on with the switch on it to slow the water
