Can anyone tell me how I write a debt off from the debt list?

go to job history work done and you can do it from there 8)

Hi

You can also do it from the Debts screen.

Select the Debt, rub out the amount paid and enter it into the "Written off" box.

paul how can I bring up all my recent lost jobs ie I want to bring up all my suspended jobs in closest date order?

Hi

You can list all your suspended Jobs by selecting "Suspended" from the "Select Job Status" drop-down list at the top of the main Jobs screen,  but unfortuately you can't write them off from there...
