Post by: tom20001 on November 19, 2013, 05:35:20 pm
guys ive a van with 550 payload

wud like to keep the van for another year to be honest, im trad currently but wud like to get small tank to get started on wfp

options on tank size and what wud be cheapest system i wud get fitted with reasonable size tank ( i know u guys have advised me before to get parts myself and build system but maybe best at start to get system built in before i get bigger van so i can get used to it and understand it)

ive a meter oredered to check tap tds

thanks in advance

a 210l tank or a 250 would be ok for that payload, secure it down with a good set of ratchet straps, all you need to put in your van is a battery, tank, pump and flow controller,

If you do put one in yourself then you will understand it.
I'd wait till you get a bigger van then put in what you want.
Why waste money on a temporary system?
Its not rocket science: tank, battery powered pump, di, reel and some garden hose to connect it all.
That's all I've got.

No point in paying over the odds for a temporary or otherwise proprietary system, as has been mentioned, they are not in the least bit complicated. If you put one together yourself, not only will you save a shed load of cash, but if you decide to get a bigger tank in future, you can use all the parts (apart from the small tank obviously) you already have.
