Battery and connections are fine.
Volts are fine as are amps.
Once the tap is closed it hits the pressure setting on the varistream
Pressure switch is disconnected on pump.
Once I open the tap up again it won't pump.
Switching the controller on and off won't do it.
Leave it for a few mins and will start.
No blockages on pipes.
It's either the pump or controller I'm sure.
So any ideas or has anybody come across this before?
Thanks.

Probably controller, can you by-pass it to try?
-
When it next does it that's the plan.
Ain't done it again. GRRR lol

As I understand you can adjust the pressure setting, try the following link

i use the easy analogue controller and it seems very reliable and simple (although not much cheaper) but in all honesty i usually have it on full and just control the flow using a tap (gardiners) on the pole hose .
may as well just have a switch and rely on the pressure switch to stop the pump.

It's not done it again.
I know about the pressure switch adjustments but this is like it stalls the pump.
I think it's the controller not letting power down or something. When it does
It again I will have a look and test.

Nice one, thanks for the confidence boost. Almost feels like i am going backwards Digital to analogue.
But it will fix one main gripe. flow 4 is too high, flow 3 is too low. So at least i can fix that issue.
Yeah it looks identical to a spring one sold. I am buying some of that liquid logic stuff for Water production anyway, so at least it will match lol

The daft thing is i have it on full all the time and just use my hose tap to control flow , i could just use a switch instead-even more backwards. lol

I do like to be able to adjust it tho. But yeah some times I think flat out flow and clean like a mofo lol

Fitted it today, very impressed with the DE setup, that's a good feature.
All set up and working.
I see what you mean though, i have it nearly on flat out!
