Here is my diy effort, am quite pleased only one small drip when i turn of tap on pole but works well tried today and does a better job than i thought it would

That looks smart!  How do you control your water-flow?  Is that a 60 psi shurflo pump?

thanks tosh,
only water control at the moment is hose tap on pole, looking at another way maybe fit varyflow but my dad is a bit good with electronics so hoping he can do something as i am not quite sure how varyflow works

am quite pleased just want to make some sort of return valve set up back to tank so as to cut down on pump pressure when pole tap is closed. Still want to make a few things look better and easier to use, trying out on a couple of houses tomorrow, think i will use from van as much as poss though

no battery pack gaza, got 20 amp hr gel bat off ebay £15 strapped in.

It looks great. It feels good doesn't it to get your trolley up and going?

test drove today on first house a bit awkward, lots of fumbling around did upstairs and down on one house then whent back hour later to check, few tiny white run marks so polished off with micro fibre looked a treat. As i only plan on using on dodgy windows to start i don't think i will get complaints and further cleans will improve so everyone wins. The house i tried on taday is a bit of a knee wobbler so better for me as i am a bit more nervouse following my fall, anyway sleet stopped play so will try again tomorrow

I like it too. 

Still haven't made my mind up about DIY or buying one of those very attractive freedom models.

personally i think that the freedom trolly is the best and most professional looking trolly around, but with my budget and with everything needed saved around £500.
By the time i have finished re-modaling mine it won't look that diferent

i like it mate, need to get myself sorted and build one me thinks. read one of your threads today about your RO system, have you got it sorted now? if you where buying one now would you still go for the 75gallon or would you go with some thing bigger?

Adam would go bigger i think. As far as i know it can easily be changed to 100 gallon so not too worried and works ok now even though my water from tap is 540 tds, i am a bit worried about leaving spots though as even trad am very fussy

simbo:nice little set up but 20amp battery will only give you 3 hrs max work
at 7amp per hr pump,hope you prove me wrong
you really need an 80amp leisure battery that gives you at least 10hrs working time

gaza think you might be right, well pleased with system though did couple of houses today and came up grat rang customers later for feedback all very good and had first £150 domestic day, will definately be using more than i thought
