Just got the koreel 8100. At just over £300 felt a bit expensive , but what a difference so easy to rewind
Hose stayed on reel .made today a pleasure
-
at that price dont they supply someone to reel it in ;D
just had a look and very impressed
does it fallover when going round corners :D
-
Thought long and hard before buying but when I looked at others at £150plus
And had same problem of hose falling off reel, went through 2 other reels in last year
And had so much wasted time going back to van to release hose.should have bought
This sooner

hi matthew i recently bought a koreel his vis 100 reel.not cheap either at around £230 including VAT but i needed something more robust and solid for hot water use.i love it.its very easy to wind in.i wont be lugging it in and out of the van though as its too heavy.
my claber reel is excellent value for money though at around £40 and will be kept as a spare.i have 100m of spare microbore so im gonna rig it up today then i have back up. ;) :)

Daz, I've been looking at these reeks, can you remove the handle? I use a drill to wind in and need a way it attach the drill to the spindle.

Massive. You can get 120M on there if you wanted. Not cheap either but WOW they are well put together.

Try a Hannay reel. They look very similar but are made of aluminum so they do not rust. had mine nearly 8 years.
I think you need to get them from Bridge Engineering - just try an internet search.

Im sure I saw a YouTube video quite a while ago where "Slumpbuster" was showing his van set-up with the cordless drill, and it looked like he had a yellow high-viz koreel.
