Title: where to buy pure water cheaply as possible?

I'm living in a flate so it is unrealistic for me trying to produce pure water myself. where can I buy them cheaply as possible? I'm based in East London btw. Thanks :)

I'm based in bexley if that is of any help to you. I currently supply 2 other cleaners and run 3 vans myself, so always got plenty of water.
