hi, im looking to organize a two man set up and thinking of using two poles from the same pump, would this work effectively?or do I need to go for a more expensive option of having another pump fitted.any advise welcome.

1 pump will work but not very efficiently. Especially if the two of you work at different heights.
Just go for another pump, it'll only cost another £100 or so. You'll more than make it back in time saved...

One pump is fine. Unless I've been doing it wrong for 8 years.....

Thanks,I'm gonna try tomorrow and see how it goes

Get a y splitter with taps on so you can adjust the flow so each pole gets the same amount of water..

1 pump 2 poles will work absolutely fine. You will just get an increase when one pole if turned off, but it won't be instantly.

Had a great day today although finished at 1.30  cus of rain.we did what I wanted with a 700litre tank and with a quarter left.first time as two man so I now understand could definitely do another 80 quid before the water finishes.really pleased with this but only have enough work to do this once a week.need to start canvassing again.
