Well established round for sale in and around the Crewe area. Good payers, good work, with good hourly rate, trad. Takes £2,000 a month, looking for 10. This is part of our existing round but its becoming too much getting round it all, also could do with the money to finance changeover to WFP. please don't phone to haggle, it's worth the price. 07954340718. If you will take less, never paid more than 3x and/or decide to split the work give me a shout ;D

OK. The 2 grand a month is not strictly accurate it's more. In that figure I've counted front only price where sometimes the gate is locked and also bi-monthly work is not included in the figure, gutters, cons roofs etc are not included obviously as you don't know when you're going to get them.
