Job we do twice a year quite along walkway about 30ft high, was rotten on first clean used hot wash which is done 6 monthly only takes about 2 hours to clean if that as it stays pretty clean.

Least you can get plenty of pressure on the roof.
From the weight of the pole alone.

Yeah that's true Darren, came up really nice the warm water helped. Piece of cake now it stays quite clean
