Title: fitting for side of van

can anyone tell me were to get one of those skin fitting for the side of a van , you need to cut out square hole and poprivet to the side.
its for 4 hose fittings so i can lock the van while i work , if you know what i meen

cheers dave, im trying to help my mate fit his new van out, he has 500 ltr tank and he's on about conecting them together 250 ltr  and 500ltr.
