Hi All,

I am selling my window cleaning round which consists of 94 houses and some commercial work broken down like this:

commercial shops / pub averages £286 per month
36 houses every 2nd month
29 every month
25 every 6 weeks
4 every 3 months £733 per month average - plus usual extras like gutter clearing and conservatory roofs

so total basic income from this very part time round is £1019 pcm I am including 250 litre R/o system mounted in a nearly new brenderup trailer with 4 poles...assorted lengths all working but I have too much other work on to look after the window cleaning side properly.

Looking for a quick sale so sensible offers around £3k please guys.

Forgot to mention I will sell work and waterfed pole system separately if required.  :)
