Hi was wondering just a question on gas dip tanks does the heat not warp the metal?

Does the heat warp your oven trays ? Yes and no. Yes if excessive heat in an isolated area but the heat is not excessive and its applied uniformly over the mass if filled with water. The temp should never be over boiling and thats why some firms use HDPE - plastic tanks
