I think Alex used to sell those goose necks on his poles years ago, before the carbon ones.

Well it could be a good deal if the price dioesn't go up much - if, and only if, the pole has very little wear. That's the problem buying poles second hand without inspecting. There's no way of knowing how worn they are.

I agree. At the price they are new, I wouldn't consider buying a pole in the catagory second hand without a thorough inspection. I can't see for sure if it has the new clamp upgrade or not. It looks like it has. If it has then the pole is well worn.
Why is he calling it a CLX26? Has he cut pieces off?
Personally I wouldn't touch it.

You can just see a section of the pole on the 3rd picture. Looks knackered.
