looking for a 40 ish ft pole only will be used a couple times a month if that. anyone got a second hand one?? or anywhere cheap to buy?

Im looking to go for a 40 footer as well. My 18 footer does 90% of my work. However a 40 footer would deal with that 10%. Been looking round and Its a toss up between a SLX and a Phoenix X... if I had the money it would be am extreme..

I would say get saving boys.
Get the Extreme 47 because not only is it the best pole ever.
It also has the potential to be the longest as it's sectional after 47ft.
It's (I think) £1,100. But the extensions are £200odd for an extra 5ft.
If you only want to go to 50ft it's the best pole on the market.
But it's kinda nice to know you're not limited either.
Say the following month a job @ 60ft came in.
On another pole you'd be thinking 'I wish I hadn't bought this 50footer'
With the extreme, you just buy 2 HS extensions and you can do it.
No brained in my eyes...
Save a bit longer or credit card it and pay it off when you get paid from the job

was considering an slx as i have a 22ft as its great, just being tight as it wont get used that much, although seem to be getting the odd high job coming in so you never know whats coming next. need it for a 4 storey care home and a couple of high jobs that i got. see a few second hand ones on ebay but they all say colection only and are 150 odd mile away :-\
