Title: Free backs

Im sick of those who forget to open the gate after you have texted them the night before,so I go thinking that I should charge for the fronts and do backs free ie £10 allround £10 fronts.
Off coarse could only do this with new quotes,this way id look forward to locked gates  ;D

Hi Mate, we charge 75% of the job value on these, it seems to work next time around when they sit there doing the maths.

Just charge full amount, its the customers fault in the first place as its there reponsibility. They will soon leave them unlocked.  ;D

Not sure if you're joking from the smiley but this is what I do.
Price is per visit, whether back is done or not.
