Wha are they doing? Cleaning the fascia? I saw i couple of windys the other day doing a commercial job using there applicator sleeves. Why of why dont people go water fed pole for this kind of work. All they would need is a trolley system!  ::)roll.

Maybe the bloke was seeing how high he could reach to paint the top of the building because the car is in the way.

I wouldn't do that now but in the past I've done similar when 100% trad to access windows.

Lets face it, it's because of idiots like this that the Government had introduced such restrictive legislation for ladder use. As usual, a small minority spoil it for the majority.  :'(
