Are you mixing up flow with pressure?
-
Mine needs a flow of min 55 on flow controller to work, that's about the right amount of water for how I work.
-
mine is on 45 it works then all of the sudden stops , flow is to the right and gas is 1/4 from the left , it will clean half a house then cold comes if that helps

its a case of fine tuneing ie flow and gas ihad a fog wash what a pain in the ass.i gave up but ive done a bit of fannying about with my pals and intend to get another hot wash . stick with it. i just got peeed off

the new ones from corwood don't have the 20 min switch off , spoke to a woman today from there

1st try keeping it on summer setting, and turn the heat and flow dials to about halfway. Otherwise it gets to hot and cuts out.
And try upping your flow rate on controller from 45 to 55+
See if this helps
Mine runs faultless with it set like this
-
i dont have summer setting on mine
-
Turn heat and flow setting on the heater down to half, sounds to me like the water is getting too hot and cutting out.

I have the Fogwash which is similar. You just have to find the sweet spot where it fires. You only need to nudge the flow valve a few mm the wrong way and it won't fire. Open your pole hose valve fully then adjust the flow valve on the casing untill it fires up - mark the casing. Keep turning it 'till it cuts out - mark the casing again. You now have the parameters of flow where it will fire up.

ok will try that tomorrow thank you
