Title: Anyone got "Liquid Logic™ Stand-Alone Radio Control Unit"
Post by: Clever Forum Name on October 16, 2013, 02:27:35 pm
I purchased one then sold it lol  ::)roll

But wan't to try one on my van now, has anyone got one. IS the range any good? Do you ALWAYS have to have line of sight?

Cheers

We advise range as 40 - 60 meters line of sight. although I have spoken to some who say the radio signal will bounce giving a slightly better range.

If the receiver is inside the van you may need to leave a door open as the signal may not get through metal body work.
If you are replacing a controller at the same time consider a pump control with built in radio remote, There are One shot and Three button units available

No Problem.

They are very useful for switching the pump. It is subtle difference to your current unit DE the pump when you stop flow.
With a radio remote the pump is switched on/off reducing your battery draw slightly. The two brown wires break into the Red cable between the VS and pump.

What you will see is when the remote is pushed it will take a couple seconds for the flow to stop, this is because the Pressure in the hose line is draining off, on restarting the pump it will take the line a couple seconds to re pressure and flow to start again
