I've NEVER known any forecast be correct with anything beyond a few days!!!
March 2012 saw record breaking temperatures, 20 degrees in Scotland!! NOT FORECAST
The two very bad winters we had a couple of years ago were also NOT predicted- however a THIRD one was & they were completely wrong, it was mild with virtually no snow!! ;D

Not another spot on very detailed Express weather story. ::)roll Its from a wally called Piers corbyn who usually gets things wrong.
This year he predicted a very cooler than average summer with long spells of rain. We had the best summer in bloody years.

The science simply doesn't exist for weather forecasters to predict any further ahead than a week or so. Even then they get it wrong as often as not.
