Title: Faulty Unger Ninja?!

Never bought these before, so don't know if it's meant to be like this...

Got Unger a Ninja applicator and squeegee, the applicator once loosened, flows smoothly, the squeegee however doesn't, it locks back in the 90 degree position again.

Guessing its faulty and needs returning?

Return back to firm or the maker as I know unger are good at looking after there brand
