when you call someone up to take card payments over the phone, what exactly do you say ?

Hi,

I normally say
Hi Can I speak to First name, Last Name please?   Its just Chris the Window Cleaner,   I am looking to get paid please.    then take card details and explain they get a email with receipt and it show as 'Window Cleaning' on her bank statements.
